“Whether you are trying to improve sports performance or general fitness, Strength Studio is the ideal training environment. Their up to date knowledge of the body, one-on-one training techniques, and overall attitude towards their clients, is tough to match in today’s market. The professionalism and passion to improve demonstrated by Erick Minor and Chad Blake, make Strength Studio my first choice for training.”

“When I started at Strength Studio, I was extremely intimidated by the environment and the exercises. I had primarily always done some sort of cardio for my exercise routine and the idea of weight training was very foreign to me. In the few months that I have been training with Chad, I have noticed a definite progression in my strength, a positive change in my body composition, and have grown to really enjoy the environment and people.”

“While working out at Strength Studio, I have seen tremendous gains in several areas – strength, endurance, athleticism, and mental toughness – and have seen those gains applied on the field and on the ice.
With all of the injuries I’ve had, Chad has been very conscious of them – avoiding any further injury and in fact improving those areas. When I had first started with Chad, I had an old shoulder injury and had separated it 6 months prior on top of that. Chad had improved my arm strength and eliminated the pain while still playing during the season. Now after each hockey game, I no longer need an immediate visit to the chiropractor and, in general, have reduced how often I rely on an adjustment.
As far as knowledge, Erick and Chad have plenty of it – the proper kind too. With my inquisitive mind, I really appreciate that they share what and the why. I also enjoy and appreciate the drills you can do here that are not available at other facilities.
Overall, the atmosphere and camaraderie are great, and I’m thankful for the friendships I’ve built.”
