At Strength Studio, we offer 1-on-1 personalized training performed by certified professionals. We believe individualized training is the key to efficient results.  Our staff is highly skilled in the art and science of fat loss and human performance. We use this knowledge to design customized programs that will address your specific needs.

Since opening our doors in 2007, Strength Studio has provided superior personal training  for clients of every physical level in our well-equipped distraction-free gym.
 

Philosophy
The individual is the basis for all exercise and nutrition recommendations. We maintain precise records for each client, this allows us to make educated adjustments when needed. We are constantly searching for more effective ways to accelerate fat loss, improve athletic performance, and increase strength. We routinely reevaluate everything we do to ensure we are never complacent. We never dismiss any method, but we will question every method. If it can be improved, we will experiment and try to improve.

Personal Training and membership

Strength Studio is a private personal training gym. We pride ourselves on giving focused attention to each and every member. In order to maintain a high level of service, we offer a maximum of 150 exclusive memberships; this allows us to provide world-class service in a distraction-free environment.


Membership Dues

$119/Month for Primary Member

$99/Month for family add-on

  • All clients have full access to facility during operational hours.

  • Paid-in-full memberships also available.

Personal Training Rates/Packages

  • 12 Session package $1260

  • 24 Session package $2400

  • 36 Session package $3420

  • Training sessions with Erick Minor - Prices and availability upon request

Your training sessions will consist of mobility training, strength training that will stimulate structural and metabolic adaptation, and nutritional guidance.

All one-hour private training sessions are customized to meet your specific needs and tailored to your physical ability.

Strength and Conditioning for Athletes

Off-season strength and conditioning is vital to long-term success in any sports endeavor. We offer training packages that range from 6 to 16 weeks for Professional and Elite athletes who want to maximize their ability. Our sports training program will provide individualized training that will enhance the athlete's strength, mobility, and conditioning.

All sports training packages include nutritional planning and one-on-one training sessions. Depending on the athlete's needs, they will meet with their coach 3-4 times/week for private training sessions.
