Strength Studio is a private personal training gym. We pride ourselves on giving focused attention to each and every member. In order to maintain a high level of service, we offer a maximum of 150 exclusive memberships; this allows us to provide world-class service in a distraction-free environment.
Personal Training Rates for members
Single Session $135
12 Session package $1500 ($125/session)
24 Session package $2280 ($120/session)
36 Session package $3960 ($110/session)

Your one-hour private training sessions will be customized to your specific needs and physical ability, incorporating mobility and strength exercises to stimulate structural and metabolic adaptation.

Strength and Conditioning for Athletes
Off-season strength and conditioning is vital to long-term success in any sports endeavor. We offer training packages that range from 6 to 16 weeks for Professional and Elite athletes who want to maximize their ability. Our sports training program will provide individualized training that will enhance the athlete's strength, mobility, and conditioning.
All sports training packages include nutritional planning and one-on-one training sessions. Depending on the athlete's needs, they will meet with their coach 3-4 times/week for private training sessions.
